This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to the veterans and active-duty service members who call Sandbrock Ranch home. Your service, dedication, and sacrifice are deeply appreciated by our community.

Wishing all of our residents a safe, meaningful, and relaxing Memorial Day with family and friends.

Ranch Recap:

Last week marked the official grand opening of our long-awaited Friendship Park Pool! Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Luau to celebrate this exciting new community amenity.

In case you missed it, the evening featured incredible hula dancers, delicious kalua pig, refreshing Italian ice and frozen margaritas, plus a fun seashell bracelet-making station.

It was wonderful seeing the community come together to laugh, connect, and enjoy the festivities.

Be sure to check out the new Friendship Park Pool if you haven’t already — the view is unbelievable.

Ranch Recap:

Our Sandbrock Jrs. had the best time celebrating the last days of school and kicking off summer together!

On Thursday, our Sandbrock kiddos gathered together to enjoy tasty pizza and play Roblox with each other. It was such a fun afternoon filled with laughter, teamwork, and great memories!

Then on Friday (the last day of school), we celebrated with delicious cupcakes and spent time together playing card games as the summer season begins.

We are so proud of all of our kids for finishing the school year strong! Congratulations on an amazing year, and we hope everyone has a great summer!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us for our Breakfast at Tiffany’s Mother's Day Brunch. With an incredible 96 percent attendance, the morning was filled with elegance, joy, and celebration.

Guests enjoyed the sweet sounds of jazz during brunch, paired with bottomless mimosas, creating a truly memorable experience.

We are grateful to Highland Homes, David Weekly, our Board Members, HOA staff, and our valued preferred vendors for the generous auction gifts. We would also like to recognize our resident vendor Just DOUGH With It for the stunning dessert table, Ms. Ruth for her beautiful floral arrangements, and Balloon Galz for the elegant backdrop décor. Your contributions truly brought this event to life. This event was a wonderful reflection of the strong partnerships within our community.

Congratulations to Team Diamond for winning Mother's Feud and taking home the Breakfast at Tiffany’s bracelet.

Thank you again for making this celebration so meaningful and unforgettable. We look forward to continuing this tradition next year!
