Did we get two??? Yes. Are we nuts???? Also yes.

We were not sure we wanted to get puppies so soon after losing Bonnie ..... but they are definitely filling that hole that I had in my heart. Perfect time of year for pups. Coming into warmer weather so not freezing our butts when trying to potty train and the kids will be home for summer break to help.

Once the time is right we will be letting them have pups. So exciting

Clyde's job is to watch over all the animals keeping preys away. He is so big and beautiful. Clyde is a very sweet loyal boy. When he is out of the pasture he is by our side always. He definitely does NOT know the meaning of personal space. When you sit... he is right there on top of you. And forget trying to fix fence. You'll have a big white fluffy head in your way. He demands attention when he can. Lol. One of his favorite things to do is race us along the fence line like you saw in the previous video.

Chickens. The gateway drug to farming

We have a few different species of Chickens. Sometimes we let them go broody. Sometimes we gather the eggs and Sometimes we incubate the eggs. We have a couple of cross breed which turn out to be sooooo beautiful. We let our Chickens run free. And let me tell ya. They can be quite stubborn. Coming down the drive if they are in your way... good luck getting them to move. 🤣 My son can walk up and pick most of the Chickens up. Yes even the roosters 🐓. One of our favorite things to do is watch them strut their stuff . .

We are a hard working family of 5 that love animals and care for a variety of animals. From cattle to goats, pigs, chickens, peacocks, cats and Great Pyrenees Dogs.
