-heated waters in winter
-Barn for tack space/grooming area.
-dedicated blanket space
-Outdoor lights
-Round pen, arenas, and soon be exercise 1/4mi track with xc jumps.
-farrier/owner lives on site

Bitter sweet day on the farm. This beautiful girl headed off to the Carolinaā€™s for her retirement. At 26 years old teaching legitimately 100s of kids in the almost 7 years she was in my care she is off her a well earned retirement.

Iā€™ve had a few people say ā€œsheā€™s not that oldā€ lol no ā€¦sheā€™s not but why does she have to work til she canā€™t? Sheā€™s started to show settle signs of needing to slow down and Iā€™d rather her retire on a good note and while she can still be enjoyed by the little family thatā€™s taking her on! šŸ™‚

I thanked her for her service to my program, and my family. She is one of the good ones that deserve absolutely nothing but the best! As much as I wish I could keep them all til the very end - the reality is it is a business so when my horses are ready to retire or move on I make sure they get the best set up possible and a no sale contract. I wonā€™t force them to continue to do what they shouldnā€™t.

Thank you sweet pea you hold a special place for me and many here at Underwood Farm. Enjoy the warmth for me girly!!!!

Iā€™ve sent out some texts but wanting to put a post on here. As you guys know I try to keep riding as affordable for everyone as possible! Unfortunately expense cost just keep rising. I tried holding on as long as possible but lesson prices will be riding come January first! If youā€™re lessoning with suzy your price will be $60. If youā€™re lessoning with me the price will be $70.

Again this will be out in play January 1 2026. I just wanted to give everyone enough time to plan!

Travel lessons with me will still be $75+ farm call.

This crew has been absolutely incredible!! Sun down and all thatā€™s left if mandoor and roll up door. It looks so much nicer than I even imagined! The future plan is to expand off the side with no windows to create more stalls/rooms but I canā€™t wait to get this part finished inside!!
