Bonitata Boutique Wine Lovely handcrafted wines in a beautiful, historic setting. Enjoy wine tasting, wines by the glass, or by the bottle for dinner. Very limited release.

We are a small, boutique winery featuring handcrafted wines in an original 1874 winery. Featured wines are a white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. A very unique barrel fermented Chardonnay with hints of smoke and vanilla. Featured red wines are a M?stery Red Blend. Silhouette a blend of 2007 Barbera and 2008 Charbono.

New wines to be released are a Rose and a late harvest Barbera. A very special Plum wine made from fresh plums. The winery is available for rent. Ask about our "Free rent". We also can do custom labels for your holiday or events. We have special labels for Mothers day and Valentines day. Stop by for a glass of your favorite wine and relax outside under the umbrellas or enjoy a table among the barrels. It never gets over 70 in the summer. Bring a friend, bring some snacks, and enjoy wine our naturally cool wine cellar. See you at the winery.
