As we close the doors on 2025, our hearts are incredibly full. This brewery was never just about beer — it was about the people. Our amazing employees, loyal customers, friends, family, and community made every moment meaningful, and we truly could not have done this without you.

Closing our doors at the end of 2025 is bittersweet, but we are so grateful. We cannot thank our employees, customers, friends, and family who supported us, believed in us, and became part of this journey.

Thank you for the memories, the support, and the love over the years. As we step into 2026, we’re excited to see what’s ahead for our little family.

Josh is wrapping up our very busy day at 1am to make sure we can drain the tanks and bring you another beer for our very last day tomorrow, or today now… We have lots of fun beers, decided we should bring in a beer that tastes like beer! See you all in 11 hours! Sunday Dec 28 noon-8pm is our very last day! Probably gonna be busy, gonna run out of some food and beer, we will do our best to keep the fun flowing!

Last Saturday to come hang out with us! Open today, Saturday 12-10 and Sunday 12-8.

We do expect to run out of Brisket today but we think we’re good on everything else. So we still have plenty of food. And of course plenty of beer!

As we prepare to close the doors at Auburn Brewing Company this Sunday, December 28th at 8pm, we’ve been doing a lot of reflecting.

When we started it was about the delicious beer and the most perfect building — however it truly became all about the people.
Our employees who showed up with heart and hustle.
Our guests who became regulars, then friends, then family.
Our friends and relatives who jumped in whenever we needed help.
The organizations, families, and kids we were honored to support along the way.

This place gave us so much more than we ever imagined, and none of it would have been possible — or nearly as fun — without you. Every conversation, every laugh, every shared pint mattered more than you know.

Thank you for being part of our story. We’ll carry these memories with us forever. 🍻💛

Josh and I took this photo around 4am on opening day, November 17th, 2018.
Every last-minute thing had finally been put together—cleaned, painted, decorated, fixed… or at least attempted.

Our brewery was full of people—future employees, family, friends, and the incredible Ley Construction crew—who showed up simply because they could tell we were not going to get it done alone. And without them, we truly wouldn’t have.

After everyone left, Josh and I did the final touches, took one last walkthrough with a beer in hand, and said,
“Welp… that’s all we’ve got for today. Hopefully we didn’t forget anything.”

And we did.
We forgot a lot.

But it was all okay. We figured it out as we went, worked out the kinks, and somehow turned this place into what it became.

Now that things are smooth sailing, we’d love for you to come celebrate one last hurrah with us.

This weekend will be our final weekend, and it’s an emotional one. ABC was our first baby. We poured blood, sweat, tears—everything we had—into it. It’s hard to imagine life without the constant hustle and bustle of the brewery. That said, we are looking forward to some sleep (once the baby decides that’s a thing), lots of family time, and time with friends.

Final Weekend Hours:
• Thursday: Closed for Christmas
• Friday: 4–10 PM
• Saturday: 12–10 PM
• Sunday: 12–8 PM
Kitchen closes one hour prior to close. Stay updated on any menu updates as the weekend progresses.

Josh will have new beers on tap next weekend—stay tuned for the updated tap list.

We truly hope to see you all one last time. Come help drink us dry, share some hugs, and likely shed a few tears with us on Sunday as we say LAST CALL for the very last time.

From our family to yours, we wish you a Christmas filled with love, laughter, and togetherness. 🎄
This weekend will be our final weekend open and operating. While closing our doors hasn’t been easy, we’re choosing to step back and spend more time with the people who matter most—our family.
