Rendering $20
Whole, half or 1/4's
( 1/4's $25 extra per 1/4 you will receive a standard cut no exceptions.)
Pork $1.70 per pound hanging weight.
All smoke products $2.50 additional price per pound.
Sausage $1.50 per pound additional 12 lb minimum.
Lamb and goat $125 whole carcass
