Rendering $20
Whole, half or 1/4's
( 1/4's $25 extra per 1/4 you will receive a standard cut no exceptions.)

Pork $1.70 per pound hanging weight.
All smoke products $2.50 additional price per pound.
Sausage $1.50 per pound additional 12 lb minimum.

Lamb and goat $125 whole carcass

Lambs and goats $125.00 whole carcass.
$10 extra if you want your lamb and goat split into halves. A 1/2 & B 1/2.

Just want to educate or let people know who choose to raise heritage pigs such as one of these Guinea hogs. That is a 6-in boning knife blade.

The pig weighed 157 lbs on the rail.
93 lbs of processed meat.
157 - 93 = 64 lbs of waste
64 lbs of waste X $1.50 lb processing fee = $96 of waste.

I just wanted to put this out there so that the people who are raising these pigs understand where their money is going, in the rendering barrel. Yes some people do want to keep their fat which they can. Some people don't understand and want to know where all their meat is but most of their pig is fat. I have to pay for the rendering company to come get it. No I cannot sell it, No I cannot give it away per USDA/CDFA.

If you have animals that you would like to have scheduled to be processed please contact me at 530-249-1556 for all scheduling. We are now scheduling for the middle of February 2023.

Started on 9/20/22 all beef we are now putting two steaks per package due to the price inflation of the bags . If you would like one steak per package on your New York's and rib steaks there will be an added fee. All other packaging will continue as the same for now. Thank you..

For the people that would like to raise heritage pigs this picture of the pork loin and the tape measure is from a 270 lb carcass. Even the 254 lb pig which was the smallest they all look the same. Granite there were four pigs that were all heritage pigs this is what all four of them look like. There were three barrels two and a half of them were solid fat. The knife in the picture is a 6-in boning knife. Please know what you are raising and how much fat and waste is going to be on your pigs. Please research your breeds some yield better than others. Yes on the flip side the meat is very good. That being said there was $651 worth of fat that went into the rendering barrels. This is why butcher shops get a bad name because people send stuff like this to get cut and then wonder where all their meat went.
