When I started I thought the hardest part would be building a business. I was wrong …. The hardest part was learning about people, relationships, expectations, resilience and myself. #1 Don’t expect support from people closest to you !! Sometimes, the people you thought would be the first ones cheering for you …. Aren’t ! And honestly that hurts. But I’ve learned not to take it as a reflection of my worth, instead recognize the ones who show up, the ones who believe in you and the ones who celebrate your victories. ❤️❤️❤️

Yesterday we celebrated the Old South Country Market's Grand Opening in Mulberry, an exciting new city for all of us! Today we celebrate our official expansion into Auburndale, thanks to our new partnership with Maria Petit Food Boutique!

As we've focused on getting our hummus on as many shelves as possible and our transformation guide into as many hands as possible, we made the tough decision to stop meal prepping ourselves. The good news? You don't have to do it yourself either!

Maria has been helping people throughout Polk County eat healthier and feel better for 7 years with 5-star rated meal prep services. She is the perfect partner for preparing the meals found in our transformation guide and is taking orders now for next week's pickup and delivery!
