It’s called biodiversity 🐞 and it’s one of the most amazing things about Martha’s sustainability practices! We plant and care for the land in a way that encourages the growth and thriving of our whole ecosystem. Not just our vegetable crops! From Bumble bee sused to garter snakes, they all help the farm thrive!

Currently Hiring:
Growing Team Coordinator
40k per year, in-person, year-round, full-time 40 hrs/wk. Monday-Friday
Health insurance, 10 vacation days + 15 sick days, + 403b non-matching contribution.

Agricultural/Horticultural experience required and bachelor's degree preferred.
