Happy Father’s Day to all the dads and dad-figures out there, and especially to my dad (Gert’s son)! 💕💕💕 This guy’s spent a lifetime showing up for the people he loves and has been one of my biggest supporters my entire life. Whether it’s making deliveries, staying up well past midnight to help label cookies, or even pulling an all-nighter with me before an event, he’s always there when I need him. He’s also the kind of person who shows up with homemade meals, knowing how much extra work cooking with food allergies can be.

I’m so grateful to call him my dad. Happy Father’s Day, Dad. Love you. 💕💕💕

Thank you so much KVCC Kennebec Valley Community College for hosting the pitch competition and offering the class! Met so many wonderful people doing great work! Shout out to Ashleigh Briggs-Davis for her amazing entrepreneurship class—such a great instructor, open to all types of questions, and really wants to support entrepreneurs wherever they are in their journey. We were excited to meet a new-to-us super fan (you know who you are!) who built our confidence and warmed our heart. And so much thanks to my extremely supportive friend Cassie Rae for coming and for all her help at various events! So fun to hang out last night!

Last night’s 5th KVCC Entrepreneurship Pitch Competition gave both Workforce and credit-bearing students the opportunity to showcase their innovative business plans and projects!
Participants competed for cash prizes, with $1,000 awarded to the first-place winner and $200 awarded to second place.

Today we’re celebrating the women who inspire us every day — from our grandmothers Gert & Lil, to the incredible women who own the shops and markets that carry our Sweet Grammies, to the women and girls who love them and share them with friends and family. 🙏

And a special thank-you to Lil’s daughter, one of our biggest supporters —whether she’s helping label cookies or making sure the “rejects” are properly taken care of.😉
