Jim Rohn loved studying ants. Not because they’re impressive individually — but because of what they teach us about persistence. Put a wall in front of an ant, and it doesn’t sit down and give up. It looks for another way around. Over. Under. Through.
Jim would ask his audiences: how long will an ant look for another way? The answer: until it finds one, or until it dies. No committee meetings. No complaints. Just relentless forward motion.
Jim said most people quit after the third obstacle. Ants never quit after any obstacle.
What obstacle are you ready to find a way around?
