Meet the Instructor! 🧘‍♀️

Hello my name is Bonnie A Manthey.

My yoga journey started in 2019 with my personal practice. I graduated in 2023 with my 200 hour multi style yoga instructor training. I currently am pursuing my 800 hour certificate in yoga therapy.

I teach on a weekly basis in Bonduel, WI and during the summer I teach yoga in a lavender field on a monthly basis.

Additionally, I offer unique specialty events including, puppy, goat, and wine themed classes.

My teaching approach is designed to be all inclusive welcoming all to the mat.
