Unfortunately, I have to make a change to our plans for this weekend.

I had originally planned to be at the Severance and Timnath markets, but it's taking a little longer to heal than I’d hoped, and I wasn’t able to get everything ready in time. As much as I hate missing a weekend, I need to give myself just a little more time to recover.

Even though I won't physically be at the markets, I will still be available for online orders and porch pickup.

I *promise* I’ll be back at it in two weeks at the Windsor Harvest Festival!

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has reached out with prayers, well wishes and offers of help recuperating the losses from Saturday.

If you have placed an order in the last few days, I appreciate your patience as I'm pretty physically limited at the moment, so it's taking time to sort through and clean up my remaining inventory. As long as your order contains items that do not have to be remade, I'll have them all filled by the end of the week!

I would also like to use this as an opportunity to remind everyone that times like these are the most crucial to support small businesses like ourselves. There were over thirty other vendors at the Ault Fall Festival that day, and many of them also suffered financial losses due to the wind. I would 100% recommend contacting our local small businesses first if you find yourselves in need of any of their services! Our sales are what help us rebuild after a destructive storm like this.

Hi, everyone. Due to unfortunate Final-Destination-style circumstances involving a microburst, a rogue bounce castle and an ambulance ride to the hospital, I unfortunately will not be at the Timnath Farmers Market tomorrow.

On a serious note, the good news is that I am back home with no broken bones, just lots of chest wall bruising. I teared up when I heard how many complete strangers came together to help clean up the aftermath of my booth while I was being loaded into the ambulance. They even recovered the money from my daughter's donation jar that had broken and blown away.

I’m so incredibly humbled by the love and kindness in our community. Thank you so, so much.
I’ll be taking the next couple of weeks off to heal and start replacing everything that was damaged, as I’m sure many of the other vendors will be doing as well.

Thank you to everyone at the Ault Fall Festival who jumped in to help each other and pick up the pieces. This is what community is about. Let's all keep showing each other that level of love and kindness every day. ❤️
