Don't forget to save your Marigold seeds!
•they repel bugs like flys and mosquitoes
• can be used for anit fungal and anit inflammatory issues
• they can be added to soups and teas
•plant on the outside of garden to help stop hungry deer
•enhances egg yoke color and immune system help in poultry

They can be used for so much, and are so easy to collect, let fully dry on plant, pick off flower tops and open the top.of stem and see all the glorious seeds inside!

Most of the steps for making veni jerky. Trim the meat up getting the fat and silver skin off.
Slice the meat to about ¼" or thinner if you prefer that.
Separate any small chucks for the dogs
Put in big locking lid bowl
Marinate, shake up good every couple hours for a minimum of 12 hours, we do 24 hours
Lay flat on trys, making sure they don't overlap
Dehydrating for 6 to 8 hours
Enjoy!
