What is Pub Travels?

Pub Travels is an American travel, food and beverage concept on social media. David Brian Goc and his wife, Donna, travel locally in the Chicago area, as well as, nationally and internationally, exploring cultures and cuisine.

With a focus on pubs, ale houses, bars and restaurants, the couple combine travel, cooking and history pertaining to each location they visit.

With David’s background as a Chef, the concept focuses on the preparation, cooking and presentation of food and drink. They explore how ingredients and recipes have evolved throughout history.

Episodes may highlight a dish or concept and explore how it is different within each region
