I will be at multiple events in the next 2 months (and if you know of others I should be at, let me know!) and I'd love it if you'd come try some sauce! Tomorrow at Lady Justice Brewing, next weekend at .denver, then 2 weeks later at with more in October and beyond. I usually have samples of almost every sauce so this is a chance to check them out before you commit!

The official 2026 Cofoh: Colorado Festival of Horror hot sauce is on its way! With the theme this year being Clowns vs Witches, I decided to go with one of my all time favorite clown movies and made Klowns R Us!

This sauce has about 4 1/2 pounds of white carolina reapers, 2.5+ pounds of various ghosts, 2+ pounds of rocotos, along with about a pound of white Why Not peppers as well as some White Fang peppers. This is added to over 6 pounds of prickly pear, jicama, lemon, raspberry, blood orange, hibiscus, agave syrup, and pure vanilla extract.

I am working on the art for my 3rd annual Cofoh: Colorado Festival of Horror official hot sauce for their 2026 Clowns vs. Witches theme... can you figure out what I went with???? 😮😎🤡

For this sauce I will be using a TON of prickly pear, some blood orange and lemon, and pomegranate, along with a little vanilla extract. The heat is coming from White Reapers, White Why Not peppers, Blood Ghost peppers and Blue Peach Ghost peppers, Rocoto, and more. It's gonna be sweet, it's gonna be pink, it's gonna be hot.
