Grace and Abby will also have their powder sugar brownies for sale! They came home from school baked by themselves!!
Stop in support the girls' and show them hard work pays off!

$160 for full carcass processing! Extra charges for caping!

Aurora Meat Block will be making your sausages! We will make restructured jerky sticks, summer sausage and Deer sticks!
We will charge $5 per pound on speciality products!!
Additional charges for trim, cheese and other speciality add-ins!

We usually wait until after HALLOWEEN to post our Thanksgiving and Christmas smoked ham and smoked turkey!
But we have had businesses calling to reserve their items early and personal orders as well!
Smoked turkey 10 to 14 pounds $5.69 per pound
Smoked Ham Average whole 15 pounds $5.69 per pound (we can cut any size 3 lbs and up!)
Yes, we will also have prime rib (price to be determined!).
We will also be doing the meal bundles for 10. It will be $150. Pickup will be November 25! This will be a picked up cold meal and needed to be heated and served. No baking needed for pies or rolls!
Ham or smoked turkey
Cheesy potatoes
Green bean casserole or macaroni corn casserole
Dinner rolls
2 PIES TOTAL (Apple, strawberry Rhubarb, pumpkin or peanut butter cheesecake)
My advice is reserve yours early!! Especially if your thinking landlords, employees, renters, etc!! So we can have enough on hand, as everything is made in house!!! As we are already getting a ton of orders!!
