My name is Joe and I live in Colorado but grew up in Lebanon where hummus was the national snack of choice. When my family visits, we love to prepare and eat our favorite foods together. So began my happy task of preparing big bowls of homemade hummus to have on hand. In Colorado, friends always raved about how delicious this hummus is compared to what they’ve tasted before. They began encouraging
me to produce my own brand to share with the people of my new home state. Of course I loved the idea, but wanted to make sure I could take my hummus from homemade to a larger production scale without losing quality. Our commitment to our community:
