Pink Lady Bakery was founded in 2010 and had to shut down shortly after so that the owner, Pat Jensen, could tend to some family matters. From there, the space was leased out to another local business for a few years. Pat knew that as soon as the lease was up, she wanted to re-open the bakery, which happened gradually in early 2016. Pat Jensen is proud to own and operate a family-owned, country-style bakery offering custom, hand-made and specialty goodies. Fundraising opportunities, catering, venue rental, delivery, open houses, unique seasonal items. Homemade lefse made from local farm-grown potatoes, thin breads, jelly rolls, scones, muffins, cupcakes, caramel & cinnamon rolls, pies, both sweet & savory tarts ... and MORE!

“We can’t let this opportunity slip away, Mom.” Pink Lady Bakery was founded in 2010 and had to shut down shortly after so that the owner, Pat Jensen, could tend to some family matters. From there, the space was leased out to another local business for a few years. Pat knew that as soon as the lease was up, she wanted to re-open the bakery, which happened gradually in early 2016. Demand from local Farmer's Markets and area businesses, along with Pat's daughter wanting fresh baked goods for her wedding, gave Pat the jumpstart she needed to get the bakery back up and running. Pat’s ready to retire but we’re not ready to let that happen, not until she’s taught us as much as she can in order to preserve this legacy. We’re proud to operate a family-owned, country-style bakery offering custom, hand-made specialty goods. Always fresh!
