For over 16 years, Smoke House Meats has been serving up authentic, traditional barbecue — slow-smoked, tender, and full of flavor. From Pork Ribs and Beef Ribs to Smoked Chicken, Brisket, and Pulled Pork, every dish is crafted with care and seasoned to perfection.

But what truly puts the “Gourmet” in our Gourmet BBQ is the smoked seafood — a signature twist you won’t find anywhere else. We bring the same passion for smoke and flavor to Snow and King Crab Legs, Shrimp, and Lobster Tails, creating a one-of-a-kind barbecue experience that blends land and sea.
As a one-man show, I take pride in doing things differently — with hands-on attention to every detail, from the smoker to the plate. That independence lets me offer the kind of quality and flexibility that big commercial BBQ spots simply can’t match — and it keeps my prices competitive without cutting corners.
I also cater small parties up to 75 guests, with just 2–3 days’ notice, bringing the Smoke House Meats experience straight to your celebration.
Due to increased business demand, please take note of the following information:

Service Days: I ONLY provide services on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and three-day holiday weekends. No services are offered Monday through Friday unless special arrangements have been made.

Order Schedule: Orders are taken Monday through Wednesday for pick-up on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday (if it's a holiday). No orders will be taken on Fridays.

Pick-Up and Delivery: Most orders will need to be picked up. I am located in SE Aurora (Tower and Iliff area). Delivery services are extremely limited, and a $25 delivery fee will be added to orders within a 5-mile radius.
