Ok I’m going to share my easiest family friendly, game day friendly, or just in a pinch set and forget recipe I make.

Sweet and sour meatballs.

1 large bag aka family size of home style frozen meatballs
2 jars of sweet and sour sauce
1 large can of pineapple tidbits (drain abd reserve juice)
2 tbsp of soy sauce
Rice for serving.

Dump the meatballs in your slow cooker followed by the drained pineapple and then add the sauce. Use the reserved pineapple juice and add it as well as the soy sauce to the empty sauce jar and shake now add that to the crockpot and stir.

Set it on low and let it do it’s thing for at least 6 hours. When it’s ready you can serve it over rice for a quick dinner or set out a box of toothpicks for gave snacks.

My tip is for dinner a little drizzle of sriracha on top is perfect.

Any questions just let me know!

One of my easiest and favorite pasta recipes uses 6 ingredients and it’s super easy. All you need is bacon, pasta, garlic, canned diced tomatoes, butter and Parmesan cheese.

Dice the bacon and then cook and drain the bacon but reserve a tbsp of the bacon fat. Boil your water and cook the noodles just until al dente drain and set aside. In the pan you cooked the bacon in melt the butter and add in the bacon fat, add in the garlic and sauté for a minute then add back in the pasta, bacon and as much of the canned tomatoes as you like. Toss and top with the cheese.

Cracked black pepper and crushed red pepper to taste.
