With over 30 years of experience brewing beer and two decades of work as an ER physician, Javier Pérez Koch, 1st generation Mexican American, and his best friend & wife Jennifer Pérez quietly opened Cheluna Brewing Company in 2016, which many locals consider the heart of Stanley Marketplace, Aurora's exciting and innovative adaptive reuse project.
