Cheluna Brewing Company Award winning brewery & taproom crafting meticulous beer and hard seltzer, in Stanley Marketplace.

With over 30 years of experience brewing beer and two decades of work as an ER physician, Javier Pérez Koch, 1st generation Mexican American, and his best friend & wife Jennifer Pérez quietly opened Cheluna Brewing Company in 2016, which many locals consider the heart of Stanley Marketplace, Aurora's exciting and innovative adaptive reuse project. Borne of their shared adventurous spirit, strong work ethic, love of brewing & drinking great beer and Mexican culture, Jen & Javi created Cheluna as a welcoming and inclusive gathering place for good people to enjoy one another’s company and deliciously clean German and Mexican inspired craft beer.

Celebrate the weekend’s start and join us for a delightful evening of local super talent Bunny Blake’s lovely acoustic live music tonight 🎶

Influenced by the vocals of Mariah Carey + Mary J Blige with the guitar styling of James Taylor + John Mayer, Bunny’s genre can be best described as pop/r&b with soulful, finger style guitar 🎸

We’re stoked to support local artists and hope you can join us ~ cheers to the weekend! 🍻

Small batch b**r packaging is its own endurance sport, and demands a lot of patience + attention to detail. Here is a quick demo of Leigh Nelson on a recent bottling day, all the way through to cap + crimping, getting it done, four bottles at a time, ensuring every sip tastes exactly as intended 🍻
