We have a busy season of events, markets, and new grocer opportunities in 2026! We are looking for humans who are passionate about sustainable wholesome plant-based food that are interested in supporting our Farmers markets and events in 2026!

This is role is part-time on weekends( some weeknight opportunities available) 8-10 hours a week with some kitchen/ production opportunities as well! Looking for humans with experience at markets/sales, customer- facing experience, but we are very open to all good people.

Must have a car for transporting market equipment.

Hello there! This is your conscience telling you to crumble your tofu - tacos, ‘egg’ scrambles, wraps, burritos, ‘meat’ sauce…. On and on and on. No one has time for these sexy insta recipes that take 1+ hour to create.

These puppies were whipped up in approximately 8.78 mins.

Recipe :

-crumble 1/2 block of any tofu and sautee in a medium heated pan with oil of your choice. Cook for 7-8 minutes turning frequently - add a dash of coconut aminos, chili crisp ( red pepper if you don’t have it), and a few shakes of salt and pepper. If you don’t have the coconut amino or chili crisps, just add soy sauce or teriyaki sauce. Cook for two more minutes with the sauce. I also love to use Japanese barbecue.
- chop up half of an avocado, 1/2 cup cabbage
- set aside1 teaspoon of h**p seeds or sesame seeds
- lightly fry your tortillas ( I used siete ones!)
- add tofu scramble to tortilla shells with all toppings and finish with a shot of sesame vinegar and cilantro kimchi or some other boring kimchi if you don’t have theirs- go out and get it right now if you don’t.

Who’s your pick today?- the Korean crispy kimchi bagel sandwich featuring my current addiction with and the grateful and fluffy addition of . Or the crispy buffalo Caesar sandwich?

Recipes Below !

Korean Crispy Tofu Sammy and Buffalo Caesar Sammy

- 1/2 black of golden lentil tofu cut in half
- cut tofu crossectionally making two rectangular fillets. Scour them on top with 3 cuts.
- Breading Flour :
Add 2 tbsp of panko breading, 2 tbsp of chickpea flour( regular flour can be subbed), 2 tbsp of cornstarch, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp of garlic to a bowl and mix
- Dip tofu slabs into mixture of 3 tbsp of water and 1tbsp of flax meal. If you don’t have flax meal, use an egg, or the finishing sauce.
- Once slabs are coated, coat them well in breading and place them in hot pan with 2 -3tbsp of avocado oil to shallow fry.
- Fry for 2 mins on each side. Be careful not to burn as they cook quickly!
- remove when ready and sauce with buffalo and Cesar dressing. I use the vegan Cesar from Trader Joe’s). Add lettuce and sprinkle of pepper on a tasted bagel. Repeat for Korean Sammy with Korean bbq sauce - finish with cilantro kimchi from or you will have regrets.

Hey humanbean fam,

I took some time off from the gram for a couple weeks to recover from all the holiday fanfare and 15+ markets. I ended the year by some much-needed family time and was able to share Bean Boy with my parents and family - my Dad ate half the block of bacon in less than 5 minutes. It was so gut-warming and heartwarming to see a beautiful gesture by someone that isn't on a first-name basis with tofu and loves meat! My family ate about 7 blocks over 3 days.

Woah...2025, especially the last 4 months, was a whirlwind of fiber and learning curves - y'all bought nearly 1,700 blocks in 4 months! This wont plummet into more sappiness, but it is important to stop and take stock, yes even 8 days into the new year ( I am still saying Happy New Year). I amazed by all those that find themselves supporting Bean Boy Foods - especially those who don't usually buy tofu or plant based items, whose minds, and guts, have changed just a tiny bit ( hey new microbes:)) to let the goodness in!

2026 already has some amazing things in store for me and Bean Boy Foods that I cant wait to share with you in the coming weeks.
