Spaghetti, one of many family go to’s. We like to use our mild pork sausage from our farm mixed with some Italian seasoning. Batch was made with some commercial spaghetti sauce, but did you know how easy it is to make your own spaghetti sauce at home? We like to make our own here at the house sometimes when we have fresh tomatoes in, and we’ll even mix in some zucchini and squash hidden in. Tastes delicious.

We got some mini hamburger buns from BY GRACE Cultivations & Micro Bakery and knew we weren’t gonna be making burgers anytime soon so we wanted to taste these while they were fresh so I decided to slice them in half butter them, seasoned with garlic powder and top with fresh Parmesan and mozzarella. Those were some dang good buns!

So happy for fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and zucchini! By the way, my wife make the best zucchini bread I’ve ever had!

If you are looking for produce today The Bernice Garden is the place to be !! 6 produce vendors, including mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, squash, peppers, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, okra. This market is stacked with local farmers!!

We also have your chicken pork and beef and limited quantities. And a refrigerator full of eggs.
