Agent Duties Under Waters of the United States Rules

Dr. Porter will provide a practical overview of agent duties and disclosures, with a focus on recent WOTUS developments and how they may impact land transactions, property rights, and environmental regulations. This session typically fills up, so arriving early is strongly recommended.
