Weather permitting, I will be kayaking after my dance class on March 19th, which is my birthday, and after probably go to lunch. ❤️ Feel free to join! I expect I will get there about 10:30 am. Celebrate and revere 2023 with movement, community, joy, spirit, and reflection

Join Kristie, Ursula, Julie and Kathryn on Sunday, December 31st at 9:00 AM for a special class honoring all that 2023 held for each of us. We think back on all that the last 12 months and 4 seasons have brought to our lives with a sense of wonder and awe! The joy of movement is with us in happiness, grief, reflection and all celebrations and we will dance that life force energy to consciously close 2023. This will be a team-led class with plenty of opportunity both to shake out and welcome in all emotions, ideas, energies and movements. We are so excited to have this offering - please join us!

Hi Dancing Sisters, I am teaching dance Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-10 am at Balance. You are invited!
We have two community gatherings that you are welcome to join.
After class on Tuesday, November 16, we will enjoy a meal together at Central Market. If you sell wares for the holidays, bring them to class and CM.
Dance on Thanksgiving! We will dance early on Thanksgiving, 8:30-9:30 am. Join us for a healing start to your day.
