The question I get most at the tent: who's behind the brownies? It's just me! I come up with the flavors, buy the ingredients and bake every batch. Space Cow Bakery is a one-woman show 💗 Come say hi Saturday in New Braunfels, 9 to 1, or Sunday at the Triangle, 10 to 2.

Want to stock up? Here's what works for us: wrap each brownie or blondie individually, cover every edge so no air gets in, and freeze. When you're ready for one, let it sit on the counter, unwrap and enjoy! 💗 (Works for every flavor, cheesecake-style ones too.) Find us Saturday in New Braunfels, 9 to 1, and Sunday at the Triangle, 10 to 2.
