When you're building a food company, every taste test feels personal... so this one had me shaking in my britches.

In the age of protein-enriched popcorn, water, and pretzels, we must return to the basics and ask ourselves: why?

What's the point of making your SOS (seed oil snack) high in protein if the underlying "food" is ultra-processed?

Don't get me wrong.. Everyone could use more protein, but we need to return to real ingredients.

Adding 12g of pea protein, which isn't as bioavailable as most animal-based proteins and can contain heavy metals and pesticide residues, could be doing more harm than good.

Just some food fo thought. 🧠🐄
