We dont often post about non BBQ items but have to shoutout Smokin’ Bros Rubs & Seasonings and their Lockdown seasoning for giving this creamy tortellini dish the flavor it needed! We added some asparagus (healthy touch) and hot honey sausage for a little kick and it all came together super well!

Good to know I've still got a touch for things besides BBQ!

Pulled pork - Two 3.5 # packages - $30 each
Pulled chicken - One 2.5 # package - $20
Mac N Cheese - Two half pans, serves 12-15 sides - $30 each
Pit Potatoes - One half pan, serves 18-20 sides - $20
Coleslaw - One half pan, serves 18-20 sides - $15

We had an awesome time in Canton at the Boomer Backyard BBQ competition!

Our chicken turned out fantastic and landed us a 2nd place call and almost a perfect 180 score (two judges gave use 989). We felt great about our turn in and the judges agreed. It was not our day for ribs unfortunately, we'll just leave it at that

Great as always to see all of our BBQ friends, congrats to Sassy Smoke on the RGC and Mike Burns on the GC!

No more competitions for us this year but we'll be back for more next summer! Have to give a huge thanks to Smokin’ Bros Rubs & Seasonings for supporting us in our competitions!

Hello everyone!

We're going to be setup in Dexter tonight from 5:00-8:30 serving up some BBQ. We'll be at the softball field in Dexter and would love to have you stop by for some of our mouth watering BBQ!

Also, we're going to have our ribbon cutting with the Austin Area Chamber of Commerce next Thursday (8/13) so keep an eye out for more details on that!

We had fantastic day in Frost, MN! We had the exciting opportunity to compete in a rib competition while also serving up some BBQ favorites to the hungry crowd. People really enjoyed our food and the competition went our way with a 3rd place call! The ribs turned out great and this one required a side as well so we did our cheesy corn with poblano peppers topped with our pork belly burnt ends and lime crema. Must have been a hit!
