Terminal Equilibrium Hazy Double IPA

Equilibrium Brewery out of Middletown, New York, has long been one of our favorite hop mad scientists, with a reputation for pushing saturated hop expression to its outer edge while keeping everything precise and intentional. After teaming up with them on a fruited sour a couple of months back, we were fired up to get back together and take that same collaborative energy in a different direction. Terminal Equilibrium is the result: a hazy double IPA built on pilsner malt, malted wheat, and flaked oats, designed to bring both breweries’ hop philosophies into one glass. Equilibrium’s hand-selected Strata was paired with Australian Eclipse hops, then finished with Waimea and Kohia Nelson hop kief for expressions of passionfruit, mango, strawberry, and lime.

Self-distributed to the Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and DFW areas.

Farmhouse ale brewed with oyster mushrooms and alderwood-smoked sea salt.

Brewed with barley, wheat, oats, hops, oyster mushrooms, and smoked sea salt, and fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture of brewers yeast, native yeast, and bacteria.

Snörkel explores the interplay between wild fermentation, salinity, and umami.

Naturally conditioned in kegs and 750ml bottles.

THIRD TIME’S THE CHARM! 🐾

Join us Saturday, May 9th, as we celebrate the one and only Sasha’s Birthday — rain or shine!

If you know Jester King, you definitely know Sasha. Our beloved guardian dog has become part of the heart and soul of the brewery — protector of the goats, greeter of guests, and all-around legend. She’s even got her own beer!

To celebrate our birthday girl, we’re turning the entire day into a dog-friendly party full of pups, vendors, treats, coffee, adoptions, and more. Bring your dog, hang out with fellow animal and beer lovers, and help us spoil Sasha all day long. Just remember to keep all pups leashed at all times.

And of course, don’t forget to stop by the goat pen to wish Sasha a happy birthday in person!

Goat Experience is $10/person.

Jester King, along with Authentic Beverages, and Zax Restaurant & Bar successfully challenged this prohibition on freedom of speech grounds and won in federal court! If you know anything about Jester King, you probably know about our guardian dog Sasha! She is pretty famous around here and is an integral part of our family here at the brewery. She even has her own beer! It is because of her, that all of our animals stay safe!

So on Saturday, May 9th, we will be celebrating all things Sasha by dedicating the entire day to dogs! So bring your pup but make sure they are always on a leash 😉
