Brewed with Hallertau Mittlefrüh and HBC 1134 Hyperboost hops, this crystal clear American pils showcases bright geranium, lemon zest, and cracked pepper aromas. It features a bright carbonation, medium-low body, and a quick finish.

We just wrapped a busy five weeks of adventures across the country, and it’s finally time to catch our breath and catch up on drinking some water. On Sunday, we took home a bronze medal in the American IPA category at GABF for Green Battles, our sixth award with that b**r. Waves of Circumstance also made final table in the same category, something we are stoked on as well. We’re beyond grateful for the recognition, and huge shoutout to all our friends near and far who secured a medal.

Beyond that, we spent some time with Burial B**r out at Burnpile, easily one of the best b**r fests in America, and hot damn, we love being there. We’re always grateful for the invite, so thank you to Doug & co. for having us.

Then in mid-September: hop harvest. We are happy to report back that the 2026 crop year quality is top tier. We got to catch up with friends, learn from our growers, brew with buds, and soak up knowledge from everyone around us. We always have an endless list of folks to thank in the PNW, and words will never fully capture our appreciation for the hospitality.

Today marks the return of Lost Wild Hazy TIPA! After a couple of years off the tap wall and with some fresh tweaks to the recipe, you can grab a pour and 4-pack at all locations starting at 11AM!

𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝘆 𝗧𝗜𝗣𝗔 | 𝟭𝟬.𝟱% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 - $𝟮𝟮/𝟰-𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
We loaded this TIPA with a base of Briess Pils, Flaked Wheat, and Malted Oats, then hit it with a new hop lineup featuring Krush Cryo, Mosaic, Nelson Abstrax, Strata CGX, and Riwaka. We're getting punchy aromas of dank herbal spice, marmalade, grapefruit, and dried tangerine peel. This batch delivers massive notes of pineapple, fresh-squeezed ruby red grapefruit, boozy orange juice, and fruit leather. On the palate, it finishes comfortably dry with a smooth, resinous mouthfeel and moderate bitterness.

A little over 14 years ago, we got our hands on a former appliance store on Burnet Road with plans to make some tasty b**rs and delicious pizza. At the time, little did we know this building would take us on an adventure that eventually led to us having five (soon to be six) brewpubs across Central Texas. So, we’re at that point in the year where we want to celebrate the Burnet brewpub with our 14th Anniversary party, going down on Saturday, October 31st, 2026. Hockey is back, which also means that it’s time for Sw’Elsinore to return to our taprooms! We brew this one up every year not only as an homage to the cult classic Strange Brew, but as our 16oz love letter to the sport of hockey and the beginning of another NHL season.

𝗦𝘄'𝗘𝗹𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝟱.𝟯% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 | $𝟭𝟰/𝟰-𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀)
The latest Cold Classic takes its cues from the pre-industrial regional la**rs of yesteryear, brewed with a blend of Canadian 2-row barley, 6-row, and flaked maize. This crispy l***r brings dewy meadow grass and sweet corn aromas, zesty lemon and pepper notes on the palate, and a touch of mild sweetness with a crisp, slightly bitter finish.

This crispy crusher usually doesn’t last long on our tap walls or in our 4-pack coolers, so stop by this weekend and enjoy a Swelly or two with us!
