𝗧𝘂̈𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗯𝗶𝗲𝗿 (𝟲.𝟬% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 - $𝟭𝟰/𝟰-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆)
Our rendition of a 150 year old lager tradition, this classically crafted yet modern take on Festbier was inspired by beloved Bavarian lagers of Oktoberfest. Brewed with Hallertau Mittlefrüh hops, imported Pilsner malts, and the careful addition of Munich malts to match. With its clean yet creamy texture, lightly toasted bread and wafer cookie notes, a slight herbaceous finish, and balanced bitterness, this fresh iteration will have you feeling like the king of the castle.

Beyond the Tübinger and Gold Steps can releases, we’ve got some bodacious tap wall additions coming tomorrow across our pubs, including award-winners at Burnet, a 2023 barrel variant at Round Rock, and a couple of other freshies. Come see us! See less

The guys survived a rowdy all-dayer of packaging and our 2026 Great American Beer Festival entries are ready for Denver. Selfishly, this is our favorite time of year at the pubs, and you get to enjoy it with us: with our competition lineup on tap and fresh hop season underway.

Frosty Bines, our Cryo Fresh Hop beer, is pouring now at Ben White, and we’ve got plenty more fresh hop business to talk about as the month rolls on. A bunch of cool stuff is hitting the tap wall this Friday across the brand too. Chat soon!

We’re just four weeks away from our new seasonal menu, which means there are only four weeks left to get your hands on 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼.

If you haven't tried it yet, it’s built on a golden olive oil base topped with local sausage, smoky poblanos, ricotta, jalapeños, cilantro, and our house cheese blend. Definitely grab a pour of your favorite Pinthouse pils to pair with this one.

So, what’s hitting the oven this October? We’ve got a brand-new pie that’s our take on an Italian classic, plus a refreshed recipe for a seasonal favorite that’s been off the menu since 2023. More deets coming soon!

We’re pretty stoked about a trio of heavy hitters dropping across Burnet and Lamar tomorrow, highlighted by Rogue Wave #7: Cenote Drifter. 🌴🌊🍻

𝗥𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝟳: 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 Hazy DIPA | ABV: 8.8% | Lamar Only
We blasted this turbid treasure with a massive lupulin charge of Citra, Citra Cryo, Strata CGX, and Sabro, then conditioned it on real limequat making this our juiciest Rogue Wave yet. Expect a swell of key lime, coconut, peach, and papaya with a smooth, gently sweet finish and balanced bitterness.

The 2026 World Beer Cup Silver medalist starts with Northstar Pils and flaked rice for a crisp base, layered with Szechuan peppercorns and black lime. Lemongrass, herbs, and bright citrus glide over lively carbonation.

Our 5-time GABF & World Beer Cup award winner features bright mango, blueberry, and dank pine aromas meet gentle sweetness and a moderate, lingering bitterness. Mosaic, Citra Cryo, and Nelson Sauvin hops deliver a medium body with a crisp, mouthwatering finish.

Crossed 8.5 million cans off the canning line today. 2,763 days since the first run. Lots of sweat, stress induced Underberg slams, and on the fly MacGyvering by our team to keep things going.

We took our award-winning Mosaic Takedown and turned it up a smidgen. Over 12lbs/bbl of Mosaic, Columbus Cryo, Chinook, Simcoe, Nelson Quantum Brite, Citra, and Krush Cryo pack this brew with notes grapefruit, blueberry, and pine sap.
