Nose Jelly rises again tomorrow. Our collaboration with our buds at Ghost Town Brewing is back for a second round after securing Gold in the IPA category at the 2026 Texas Craft Brewers Cup. A win like that deserves a celebration we can all share, so we brought this recipe back for one final drop.

This batch is loaded with just about every version of Simcoe and Mosaic we could get our hands on: T90, Cryo, Cryo Fresh, Whole Leaf, and even some CO2 Extract. We then rounded out the hop bill with a hit of Nelson meaning Nose Jelly clocks in at roughly 9lbs/bbl of hops. Which is rad. Weโ€™re getting sharp aromatics of pine and dank citrus, backed by bright berry, tropical fruit, and grapefruit peel. The finish is firm and clean with a touch of drying bitterness.

We linked up with their team a while back at FWIBF and hit it off pretty quick over a few games of threes. Since then, weโ€™ve watched them crush the hazy game on the West Coast over the past few years, and theyโ€™ve been on a hell of a run when it comes to pulling medals on the national awards circuit. Weโ€™re beyond stoked to finally release a beer with them here in Central Texas.
