Instead she has a one-of-a-kind Mindy-Sue-Chef, the perfect counterpart for aiding, abetting, and perpetrating deliciousness while also reining in some of the more wildly grandiose ideas and keeping the projects on track. Crazy Cake Lady and Mindy Sue Chef learned their baking skills as youngsters at the elbows of their Grandmothers and Mothers. Those ladies were from the old school, fresh ingredients and whole foods the order of the day. They taught them to always pay attention and take special care with the quality, flavor, and look/appearance of every project. Flavor, design, fun!
