I am obsessed with Sriracha. Was anyone feeling the pinch lately while there was a shortage of the Huy Fong brand? I stumbled upon an old bottle I kept and put it next to a new bottle. Looks a little different, tastes a little different.... Which one is which? Recommend us any other brands you enjoy as well in the comments- Ry.

Stopped by an old friend today, the Oinkster, located in Eagle Rock, a little town about 20 minutes NE of Downtown Los Angeles. They are known regionally for their great pastrami and pulled pork sandwiches and classic burger. But I had to post this to show/remind that these are the Fries that InnOut wish they had. Perfectly fried Belgian style wonders made from Kennebec potatoes with a garlic sauce that is a revelation with each bite! So goooooood. Comment below with your fave from Oinkster if you know it or share your favorite local spot in your town where you go to grab fries. And thanks for the hat!

This is a close-up of the Eggplant Parm pie from in Laguna Niguel, CA that we picked up a couple weeks ago. What a pizza! (and it may have tasted even better as leftovers) I brought a New Yorker to this small pizza spot in South Orange County as well to grab some slices to confirm, and they were blown away! Highly recommend if you want a NY-style slice in OC; staff/owners were great also - RC
