Adding a spoon of White Mountain Yogurt gives this comfort dish extra creaminess and just a hint of tang.

✨White Sweet Potato Mash✨
Ingredients
• 3 lbs white sweet potatoes (peeled and chopped)
• 3 to 4 tbsp butter
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup warm milk of choice
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
• 2 tbsp White Mountain yogurt

Instructions
1. Cook the potatoes
Add peeled and chopped potatoes to a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil.
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes until fork-tender.
2. Drain and dry
Drain well, then let them sit in the pot for 2 to 3 minutes (heat off) to remove excess moisture.
3. Mash and mix
Add butter first and let it melt.
Mash, then slowly add warm milk to your desired texture.
Stir in salt, smoked paprika, maple syrup, and yogurt.

🛒 THE RECIPE:

1 personal mini watermelon, cubed and frozen

1/3 cup White Mountain Yogurt (strained for creamer results)

Juice from one lime 🍋‍🟩

1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey 🍯

1-2 fresh mint leaves 🌿

✨ HOW TO MAKE IT:

Cube watermelon and freeze.

Toss your watermelon, yogurt, lime juice, mint leaves, and sweetener into a blender.

Blend on high until completely smooth and vibrant pink.

Pour into your favorite glass jars, clink with a friend, and enjoy immediately!

✨️ THE BOWL BUILD:

The Base: White Mountain Yogurt with 1/4 tsp ginger

The Fruit: Fresh plum(s), thinly sliced 🍑

The Crunch: 2 tbsp granola or toasted pumpkin seeds

The Sweetener: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup 🍯

The Finish: A dash of ground cardamom and/or cinnamon

✨ HOW TO MAKE IT:

This creamy dill labneh dip might be our new obsession 🤍✨

Tangy, herby, rich, and somehow tastes fancy while still being so simple 😍

Recipe:
• 2 cups strained White Mountain Yogurt
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 to 4 tbsp fresh chopped dill
• 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
• Optional: cracked pepper, lemon zest, or a squeeze of lemon juice

Directions:

1. Add the labneh to a bowl and mix with salt, dill, and olive oil.
2. Stir until creamy and smooth.
3. Top with extra dill and a generous olive oil drizzle.
4. Serve chilled with cucumbers, carrots, crackers, pita, or chips.

The kind of snack that accidentally turns into dinner 😂
