🎆🍺🚨 PROFESSOR PLEASANT IS BACK🚨🍺🎆
Our experimental IPA series is back!
For this batch we went weird with it!
Adding wheat and rye malts to a pilsner base, dry hopping with German Noble hops like Saaz, Tettnanger and tossing in a tropical wild card like Azacca.
The result is a bitter, tropical and dry IPA.
Notes of:
🍈Melon
🍍Pineapple
🍋Citrus
With bitterness, silky and rye spice as a backbone.

Perfect for when you're hungover in line at the breakfast buffet and all you can stomach is fruit.
$5.9% ABV
Available now on draft, Crowlers and maybe six packs to go.
