The world lost a bright light this week but heaven gained one of the best angels. This past Saturday morning Mary Rose Mattingly (Kenny’s mother) went to be with her Heavenly Father. She is one of the main reasons this cheese business we call home exists and she was an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be missed by so many. Our store will be closed this Thursday, October 17th as we take time to honor her life. Watching kids watching the cows is a magical thing. They usually are in awe and I love watching their minds just try and figure out something new to them. They ask questions that adults sometimes take for granted and remind us that even in the daily grind that we are doing something pretty cool.
