Beth's Favorite Recipes I love posting recipes I have tried, along with a picture on my blog (bethsfavoriterecipes.blogspot.com) to share my love of cooking with others.

I am a wife to Don, and mother to two daughters. I am a transplant from Wisconsin, now living in Texas. We have a spoiled toy schnauzer, Rayna. I love to spend time with my family, play the piano, read, crosstitch, cook and try new recipes. I post a new recipe every day on my recipe blog along with a picture. Mmmmm. Who doesn't love a good chicken pot pie!? To spruce it up a bit, we've been adding a pie crust (cooked for 5-7 minutes) on the bottom, adding the filling and adding shredded cheddar cheese, plus topping with another pie crust in a 9x13. It creates a yummy comfort meal for the whole family!
