FYI has three frozen yogurt machines (allowing for up to six tasty flavors plus double-flavored twists), fresh fruit, cereal, and sweet toppings galore that allow you to create your own inspired mouth-watering masterpiece-- right on the outside of our truck! Our frozen yogurt is made only with high-quality, non-fat Bulgarian yogurt from the family owned & operated White Mountain Pure Food Company-
- right here in Austin, Texas. The live and active cultures, calcium, and protein in our frozen yogurt make a stop at the FYI truck a great addition to a healthy and active lifestyle! We also have an on-board, full-service coffee bar with cold brew, drip coffee, frozen and hot espresso beverages. All of our delicious coffee drinks are crafted with the fair trade, organic coffees and espresso from our rock star local friends at Third Coast Roasting Company. We also carry the fantastically fabulous teas from yet another group of our Austin amigos, Zhi Tea. Zhi Tea is a socially and environmentally conscious company that uses only organic and natural ingredients. And their tea is outstanding. We fully believe in shopping local, so you’ll find many locally-sourced delicious treats in our topping bar, such as gluten-free (but flavorFUL) House Granola and yummy baked goodies from Princess and Moose’s Sister. We’re usually stationed at our home at Break Point at the Board Walk (2201 S. Lakeshore Blvd., Austin), but we also love to cater and serve our amazing customers wherever they will have us!
