Hey guys, I've decided to hang up my chef's apron for a little bit, but keep me around for updates! Should only be about 6 months or so :)

It was such an amazing experience making 125 cupcakes for a Quinceanera!! Hopefully more pics to come soon! The pink frosted cupcakes were Mexican Chocolate, and the white frosted was French Vanilla with Vanilla Fondant Roses!

I want to apologize to everyone for not being very active. I've been so focused on my day job, that I've allowed this to fall behind. I have no intention of giving up on it! I'm thinking about working with fondant a bit, to try and sharpen my skills. I'm pretty sure I can make those roses look even better :)

518 Likes, INCREDIBLE!!! I know most of you are small business owners, so I wanted to put out a head's up to all of you regarding a call I received today from Datasphere Tech. They gushed over my page, and stated they wanted to advertise my services on my local news station website. Upon researching them, it turns out they are total scam artists, conning small businesses into thinking this is the best thing for their business, but no one is getting any new business from their ads. Please be careful out there if you get a phone call like this, and DO NOT give them your credit card info, some reported that even when they changed their credit card number, they still receive charges for their service, without permission.

Thanks again to everyone out there who liked my page, it means the world to me!!

Another year, another great cake! The birthday girl decided to stick with the butter pecan cake with banana pudding filling again this year because it was such a hit last year! But this time, I tried my hand at creating the cake topper! Had a blast making this one, and there was a lot less leftovers this time!!
