If I had one message for the world, it would be DREAM BIGGER - STOP WAITING. You have nothing to lose but regret that you never tried. I was over 40, had two under two and golden handcuffs when I started Jubilee’s. But I took the leap anyway, because life is too short. In less than 3 weeks, my biggest dream for this company comes true. It’s been the opposite of easy, and in the face of incredible trial. But here we are. Can you guess what’s comingggggggggggggg?

A kid-friendly treat everyone can feel good about! 🍌 🍫

—line up super ripe bananas on a pan, place another pan on top and mash
—melt peanut butter in the microwave and spread on mashed bananas
—freeze overnight
—melt chocolate chips with banana cream pie and chocolate chip cookie Jubilee’s milk over a boiling pot of water; stir continuously
—spread chocolate on frozen bananas and peanut butter
—sprinkle peanut butter cups while the chocolate mixture is still warm. Sprinkle with flaky seat salt
—freeze again for 30 minutes
—cut and serve!!!

Maggie is the whole reason I started Jubilee’s. Kids with autism often struggle with food due to flavors and texture. I wanted something I could feel confident would give her the nutrition she needed with ingredients I can feel good about. She was 3 when I started working on jubilee’s, and today we both enter a new chapter 🥹🥹🥹🥹
