Once a year, the farm calls…and we answer! 🌱📞🍻
𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗕𝗬 ••• 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗛𝗼𝗽 𝗜𝗣𝗔 (7.0%) - Our lil’ love letter to Crosby Hops is back, and this year we went Classic West Coast! We loaded the whirlpool with fresh Comet from Crosby Farms, then followed it up with a big ol’ dry hop of Simcoe, Chinook, and Idaho 7.
So what’s all the fuss over fresh hops? Well, these whole cones get pulled from the bine and go into the b**r within 24 hours! Our Comet freshies went straight into the whirlpool, bringing that vibrant, straight-from-the-farm character you only get during harvest. It’s just a little snapshot of this year’s crop! 📸
Expect plenty of classic West Coast swagger — a bouquet of freshly split lumber and fallen pine cones, followed by sweet mandarin and grapefruit zest. It’s well-rounded, delicately resinous, and brimming with that evergreen goodness we love in a classic IPA. 🌲🍊
