Yall, dried is remarkable. It smells almost like brown sugar or caramel. I tried it in some baked goods and it works very well with ! All you have to do is replace 1/2 cup of flour in the recipe with 1/2 cup of lions mane powder. The recipe I used started with 1 1/2 cups of flour as a reference. People are overlooking the benefits of simply eating fresh or dried mushrooms every day. Many are surprised to find out thats actually where most of the human trials find success. We love extracts and believe in them but also recognize that much more research needs to be done. Invitro and cell culture studies are great but they don’t tell the whole story.
