Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage:

Ingredients:

1 packet ranch dressing mix (about 1 ounce)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or more, if you like extra cheese!)
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for added flavor)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: 1/2 cup diced onion
Optional: 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
Instructions:

Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish (or a similar size) with cooking spray or oil.
Prepare the Potatoes:

Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil (or melted butter), garlic powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
Add the ranch dressing mix and toss to coat evenly.

4 large bell peppers (any color), halved and deseeded
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned)
½ cup teriyaki sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: 1 tablespoon sesame oil (for cooking)
Optional: Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Optional: Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven and Prepare Peppers:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

Drunken Monkey Jam

Ingredients:

3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons rum (dark or spiced rum works well)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

Prepare the Bananas:

Peel and mash the ripe bananas in a medium-sized bowl.
Drizzle the lemon juice over the bananas.
Combine Ingredients:

In a medium-large skillet, add the water and the sugars, whisking until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a low boil.
Add the mashed bananas, vanilla, cinnamon, and rum.

2 oz white rum
1 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz Blue Curaçao (for the ocean blue color)
0.5 oz blueberry liqueur (or blueberry syrup)
Ice cubes

Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Optional: edible glitter (blue or silver)
Instructions:

Combine Ingredients:
