We start by importing only the finest cocoa beans and coffees from South America, peanuts locally from Texas, and our almonds from California. All our processing and cooking takes place in our LEED certified facility, operating h
igh efficiency machines with lowered emissions, allowing us to monitor quality from start to finish while reducing our global impact. However our work is not complete when our chocolate bars leave the factory, on the contrary that is where the true work begins. With every bar sold a percentage is given back to fund the environment, education, health care, and other various social causes in the communities we do business.
