Special client emails me, need 10 boxes of churros, 20 churros per box, 5 at 10am to this address, other 5 to this address at 12pm. Is the box woman approved? Probably not, but as a guy I think it looks awesome. He handed them out to his clients, I wanted to make it easy for him to distribute, drop off and go to the next client. You to could have this for your clients. Still $3 per churro (must order at least 100 for us to make this all happen.

They are ugly, but the texture and flavor are really close. I’ve finally figured it out, just need to learn how to make look better. For Lifestyle and not Health or Allergy consumption.

Last night I worked a Wedding and Moonshine was the Cateer, as I’m unloading my churro cart I could smell and physically see them batch cook all the vegetables, chicken, all the dishes were coming out freshly made out of their beautiful trailer in half pans. I always take my food home for later, I’m there to work. The green beans were perfect, chicken was moist with crispy crust, AND the best were The Grits, I don’t eat eggs, oatmeal, and especially grits, but I thought I’d give them a try, I’m going back for The Grits. Staff were on top of everything, these guys know what they are doing. Brides ask me Tío, who should I use for a Cateer? I’m recommending Moonshine. Yo Wax! Fix me some Grits!

Photos of Sonny and his dad. Grandpa owned body shops in LA. As a kid he would smother bunch of Bondo on a quarter panel and would have me shave it off. Next day he would do it again. Sonny told me of when grandpa took him to a boxing gym and a kid half his size beat the snot out of him, that summer my grandpa asked me if I wanted to go to a boxing gym? No! No! I’ll shave the Bondo. I learned a lot from him.
