Mechanic/Driver Position – Fillmore Fuel’s LLC

Location: Austin, Minnesota
Pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time

About Us:
Fillmore Fuel’s LLC is a locally owned fuel and propane service company serving the Austin, MN area since 2018, providing reliable energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, and fuel equipment
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
* Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
* Keep accurate service records
*learn how to safely transport and deliver fuel related products.

Qualifications:

* Experience as a mechanic (diesel or heavy equipment preferred)
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid class A cdl required with tank and hazmat endorsements or willingness to obtain endorsements.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a smooth and professional front office environment while supporting our administrative and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule fuel deliveries and service appointments
• Assist with billing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
• Process payments and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
• Maintain office supply inventory and assist with daily office upkeep
• Provide general administrative support to management and service staff
• Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital records

Qualifications:

• A degree in accounting Preferred but Not Required
• Previous office or customer service experience required preferably in the trucking industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); QuickBooks a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with customers

We’re hiring for a part to full time shop help duties include but not limited to filling propane cylinders and getting them ready for our retail customers this includes washing and painting. as well as filling cylinders for walk in customers. I’m looking to hire a Class A CDL driver, must have tanker and hazmat endorsements, duty’s include but not limited to safely loading, transporting and delivering petroleum products to gas stations, farms and other bulk terminals in and around south eastern Mn, northern Ia and the twin cities. Must preform periodic equipment inspections and report defects immediately, safety isn’t our goal it’s our #1 priority, Medical benefits provided.
