Singer Mayberry started her "cooking career" as a young, creating the original dough and sauce recipes for her family's "punk rock and vegan" pizza joint, The Parlor (original location on North Loop), which was opened in 2000. Many would say The Parlor is the home of Austin's first Vegan Pizza - several in house vegan toppings were created by other family members throughout the years, and in 2013

Singer was inspired to perfect the "Vegan Meat" offerings for The Parlor Hyde Park in Austin. Austin Vegan Meats is currently available at The Parlor as a topping option on any pizza. Stay tuned for more offerings to the public!
