And that’s a wrap on the 12-week program with . It came to a close last Tuesday with a showcase to hundreds of investors, buyers, and industry experts. It was an energizing, humbling, and memorable experience, and one that will always be a milestone in our After Noon journey.

Here’s our take on the viral scala salad — made extra special with za’atar pita chips + salami in the air fryer, and a generous pour of signature lemon dijon (Our House) dressing. When our co-founder husband gives a review like this, we know we did something right!

What you need:
- Chopped lettuce
- Cucumbers
- Green onion
- Parmesan
- Pan-fried halloumi
- Salami (chopped & air fried)
- Pita bread (chopped, coated with za’atar, & air fried)
- Greek pepperoncini
- Our House dressing starter
- Olive Oil
