Every group has requirements. Hungry Hollow just happens to check a lot of boxes.

Food truck favorites, outdoor games, a leashed pet-friendly patio, free on-site parking, and the laid-back Hudson Bend energy that makes “one quick stop” feel like an actual night out.

Send this to the group chat that can never decide.

Your next Hungry Hollow visit has a mission.

Screenshot the card, bring your crew, and see how many squares you can cross off before you leave. Bonus points if somebody claims they are “just stopping by for food” and ends up staying for games.

Tag when you play. We may feature your Hollow moment.

Some plans need a group chat, three polls, and twelve suggestions. This one does not.

Pick your food. Challenge somebody to a game. Browse a little. Stay longer than you planned. Hungry Hollow is where an easy meal can turn into the whole afternoon.

Come hungry. Leave with a story.

The next chapter of Hungry Hollow is already in motion. Phase 2 is designed to turn Hungry Hollow into more than a food truck plaza — it’s about creating a true neighborhood gathering space for Hudson Bend. More food truck zones. More dining and parking. Shaded spaces. Kids play areas. Lawn games. Community events. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Pet-friendly areas. ADA accessibility. And more room for the moments that bring people together.

From morning coffee and family afternoons to markets, music, and evenings under the Texas sky, every part of the expansion is being planned around connection, comfort, and community.

We’re building the kind of gathering place we’ve always wanted to see in Hudson Bend — and we’re excited to bring you along as it takes shape.

Follow Hungry Hollow for Phase 2 updates, vendor announcements, and what’s coming next.

Got a food truck, coffee cart, dessert trailer, or pop-up concept ready for the right location?

Hungry Hollow is growing its vendor community in Hudson Bend near Lake Travis — and
we’re looking for businesses that want more than just a place to park.

Vendors can tap into a lively community setting, strong visibility, dedicated utilities and POS
Wi-Fi, upcoming events, and marketing and branding support through our partnership with
Mindshare Consulting Inc.

Plus, introductory vendor incentives are currently available for a limited time.

If you’re ready to grow your concept alongside one of Austin’s emerging food and community
destinations, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply to become a vendor at Hungry Hollow.

Those evenings where you can actually sit outside, take your time, catch up with friends, bring the family along, and not immediately start looking for the nearest AC.
