Hello friends! Just wanted to update everyone. Right before summer started we made the incredibly hard decision to sell all of our Brahmas. If you guys know us, you know Brahmas were our heart! We raised them for about 8 years. It was bitter sweet letting them go. Anyone who raises brahmas knows it is extremely rough on them during summer months. Thankfully, I can honestly say we never lost a Brahma to the heat, but it took a lot of work to ensure that didnt happen. (A lot of work 🥵) That being said, we've just had so much going on lately, driving 2 hours round trip every day for almost 2 years now for work, it was just going to be a lot to try to keep the birds cool this year, so we decided to part with them. With all that being said, we might be fixing to make another change pretty soon, and if so, we are thinking about selling all of our Kikiriki 😭😭😭 This is gonna be a hard one! We love those little guys! BUT, we are semi advertising now, so when the weather cools off we can ship. We are just throwing this out here now, so that respectable breeders will have time to see this.
We are looking for someone who is serious about taking over our solid white line. This solid white line we have worked on for a while now. It includes:
Bolo whites
Silkied whites
Naked Neck bolo whites
Naked Neck whites
Its a GREAT project we have been working on and would further explain to someone who would be interested in buying the flock. We have about 15-20 adults (some not laying yet, young adults) We also have chicks, that would be ready to ship also come cooler weather.
We also have some other GORGEOUS top of the line bolos and ones with tails. All extremely short, healthy, and beautiful! Just a range of beautiful colors, some also have muffs.
We do have some that aren't top of the line, (IMO) but still super gorgeous birds!!!! I'd say they fall second in line to our top quality birds.
Anyone SERIOUSLY looking for birds can contact me and we can discuss pricing and such. We have NOT taken pictures of these birds, but we will soon. We are just looking to line up some breeders who are serious about top quality Kikiriki. These birds are NOT low budget birds. Expect to pay $100-$300 per bird. These are our breeder birds, plus upcoming breeders. We are planning to sell the solid whites as a group, due to different genetics at play. You would mostly need all of them for the different combinations we have going.
Anyone interested please send us a pm, but please do not ask for pictures right now. We will have pictures later, like I said, we are just lining up breeders to take over our babies. Any serious breeder knows what goes into these birds, knows what it takes, and will certainly get some top quality birds! If you want to see a few pictures of some of our birds, check out our page. Its been a long hard decision, but this won't be forever. Bennett and I will get birds again. We just have to let go for a little while to let great things happen! 😍
