In the orchard was a perfect beginning to this gorgeous July day out on the farm! We drank organic and freshly pressed apple juice porchside and then peeled, cut, and cored to slow cook and can apple butter!

My pepper variety also had enough yield this morning to can hot pepper relish! yum
